Playstation 3 not Shipping HDMI Cables

More good news for Sony fanboys... Oh wait nevermind good news doesn't exist for Sony fanboys. The Playstation 3 is running into even more money issues with consumers. At the moment the Playstation 3 option that cost $500 dollars does not have an HDMI port. The $600 dollar package however does have an HDMI port. However that is no longer enough.

Now if you want to use your PS3 as an HDTV gaming rig, you also need to buy the HDMI cables to do so. From what I remember these things can run about 60 bucks, maybe even more. There is no price currently listed, so it will be interesting to see how much it's going to really cost to get the full Playstation 3 experience.

So for those of you that think your going to get home and plug into your plasma and get your PS3 on, you are sadly mistaken :/.
