The Last Remnant TGS Trailer

Alright this trailer is actually in English? Yeah I realize that TGS is in TOKYO but what ever I am not complaining one bit. The trailer offers a lot of information we have heard, remnants are scattered about the world messing up the balance ect. The only piece of information that I find most important is the solidification that this will be a simultaneous release in Japan and North America, what does that mean for our PAL friends?
