One day you will return to your spouse and hear quite possibly the worst news of your life. Your child has run off to a cave to follow in their fathers/mothers footsteps (sorry I went in the cave, hehe).
You'll soon find out that they went off to the Hobbe Cave, travel there. When you enter the cave it is much like before, go through the cave where you will encounter numbers of Hobbes, it is their home afterall. Follow the paths and slay Hobbes (they're former childen, you know). When you find your way into a room with an excess number of Hobbes and cages you will find a cage key on one of the Hobbes. When you kill all of the Hobbes and obtain the key unlock your child. Exit the cave with your child.

Submitted by Anonymous on Sun, 07/26/2009 - 08:07.I have a son in this game and I got the note while I was moving my family to Knothole, my husband follows me into the cave because for some reason the dismiss and follow expressions won't work... my son also will not follow me back to our house in knothole, he won't even look at me, and the ring and pacifier over their heads are gone... What happened?
