if u want to beat raam u will need at least 8 torque bow arrows and full ammo with the lancerand grab the frag grenades.....so thats the equipment u will need:)

if you go to the middle of the block in front of you just hit him a shit load of times with the torque bow and when he gets close get him with the torque bow and spray him with the lancer.

It seemed a ways back when a torque bow was available so I don't know if it's worth the hassle when a sniper is sitting right there. Plus, head shots are easier with the sniper than the torque bow.
